This policy governs all donations made to Manuel White Chapel (hereinafter referred to as “the Chapel”).  By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

 

 

All donations made to Manuel White Chapel are final and non-refundable.  This includes, but is not limited to, donations made in cash, check, online, or through any other method.  No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except as may be required by law.

 

 

While donors may suggest the purpose of their donation (e.g., building fund, general operating fund, specific program), the Chapel retains the sole discretion to allocate funds as deemed most beneficial to its overall mission and operations.  The Chapel is not obligated to use donations for any specific purpose designated by the donor.

 

 

Manuel White Chapel will provide a written acknowledgement of your donation for tax purposes. This acknowledgement will not constitute a guarantee of a refund.

 

 

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Jurisdiction].

 

 

The Chapel reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.  The updated policy will be posted on [website address, if applicable].
