Terms of Service

Respectful Conduct: All Users are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with Christian principles of love, compassion, and grace. Disruptive, disrespectful, or harassing behavior will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, physical violence, intimidation, cyberbullying, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Church Property: Use of Church property, including buildings, grounds, and equipment, is subject to these Terms and any specific rules or guidelines established by the Church. Unauthorized use or damage to Church property is prohibited.
Online Platforms: When using the Church’s online platforms (websites, apps, social media), Users agree to adhere to these Terms and any community guidelines established by the Church. Users are responsible for the content they post and share. The Church reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or harmful.
Confidentiality: Users agree to respect the confidentiality of information shared within the Church community. Sharing confidential information without authorization is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, personal information about other members, financial records, or sensitive internal communications.
Photography and Recording: Photography and recording are generally permitted within Church facilities unless otherwise noted. However, the Church reserves the right to restrict photography or recording in certain areas or situations to protect privacy or security.
Children’s Safety: The Church is committed to the safety and well-being of children. Users are expected to adhere to all child protection policies and procedures implemented by the Church. Any suspicion of child abuse or neglect should be immediately reported to appropriate authorities and Church leadership.
4. Membership

However, by uploading content, Users grant the Church a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content for the purposes of promoting the Church’s mission and activities.
Third-Party Content: The Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. The Church is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party sites.
6. Liability Disclaimer
No Warranty: The Services are provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. The Church does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Services or any Content provided.
Limitation of Liability: The Church shall not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
